Alison Dibble

Alison C. Dibble of Brooklin, Maine paints rapidly in oils and watercolors, especially outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. She learned from her mother, painter Barbara S. Coan, and studied at Hartwick College and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School (summer program). Recently she has studied with Louise Bourne of Sedgwick, and Frank Sullivan of Littleton. Her day job is botanist and conservation biologist at the University of Maine where she researches pollinators.
